Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about our premium bathroom vanities and home furniture.

How are James Martin Vanities shipped to ensure they arrive safely?

Our vanities are shipped via specialized LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight carriers. Each unit is secured in a custom-engineered crate with reinforced corner protection and high-density foam to prevent transit damage.

Do the vanities come fully assembled or in pieces?

Most of our vanity cabinets arrive fully assembled. However, to ensure the safety of the stone, countertops are often shipped in a separate box and will require a simple installation onto the cabinet base using silicone sealant.

What is your return policy for large furniture items?

We offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original packaging. Please note that because of the size and weight of our products, return shipping fees and a restocking fee may apply unless the item arrived damaged.

Are your vanity tops pre-sealed?

Yes, our natural stone tops (Marble, Granite, and Quartz) are pre-sealed at the factory. However, to maintain the beauty of natural stone, we recommend resealing the surface every 6 to 12 months depending on usage.

What kind of warranty do you offer on your products?

James Martin Vanities offers a one-year limited warranty against manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship under normal use from the date of purchase.

Can I use my own hardware or faucet with your vanities?

Absolutely. While our vanities come with designer hardware, you can swap it out for your own. Our countertops come pre-drilled for standard 8-inch widespread faucets, though some modern styles are drilled for single-hole faucets.
