James Martin Vanities accepts returns on unused, uninstalled items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that return shipping costs and a restocking fee will apply to all eligible home furniture returns.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team within 30 days of receipt to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Vanity

  Ensure the product is securely packed in its original crate and packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup

  Once your return is approved, we will coordinate with a specialized freight carrier to pick up the item from your location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the item for quality assurance, your refund will be processed minus applicable restocking and shipping fees.
